Just started, but I was 30 minutes late due to responding to a house fire. When I got there, they were very understanding and helped me catch up and work with me one on one . The staff seems very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm excited about my process. In the near future.

I spent the entire month of March 2022 at Mayhem. Every single person there from the coaches to the pros and the individual members are friendly and helpful and dripping motivation. It's like working out on a marvel movie set. Absolutely incredible in every respect. My time at Mayhem exceeded my highest expectations. I can't wait to go back and train again. Wasn't able to make a class but wanted to see the gym and get some merchandise. Everyone was super friendly and a coach welcomed me to walk around the gym. Even saw Kyra though didn't know at that moment who she was but definitely was a great experience.

Amazing place, it’s great to be surrounded by rich Froning’s memorabilia, but other than that the box itself amazing and I did a drop in and the training atmosphere it’s just amazing, make sure to stop by the gift shop, you will sure find something you like or something with a great discount to take with you

Of course, a great box with great coaches. Coffee at the Buffalo Brew cafe in front of the box was amazing.

Crossfit Mayhem was incredible. Great facilities and great people. Saturday was open gym so I have to come back for a crossfit class and Train With Rich. Definitely worth the trip to Cookeville!

My daughter and I drove 2 hours to get here, because why not! Like the other reviews, the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Our coach was very articulate and provided many scaling options. Gym was super clean and well organized. What a treat!

I’m not even sure where to start on this review, but it definitely deserves more than 5 stars. This box is so iconic, from their amazingly talented athletes to their highly educated coaches and awesome apparel. I already want to go back. Seriously, the floor was clean enough you could’ve eaten off of it. Everything was in place and organized. Coach Angelo was nothing shy of awesome and provided a great wod for us! Mayhem, I will see you again!
